Pmu scheduling deposit
All Permanent makeup appointments require a $100 scheduling deposit.
This money goes towards your appointment.
I will send you a digital INVOICE, once invoice is paid, your requested appointment will be confirmed.
cancelation policies
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days (48hrs.) prior to your appointment(s).
•All appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours notice will be charged a cancelation fee for each scheduled service.($50 per hour scheduled.)*Unless we've been in contact, I understand emergencies happen.
If you paid a PMU scheduling deposite, this will cover 1 hour of scheduled appointment. Other wise all pmu appointnets will be $250 in cancelation fees.)
• Any no-show or showing up inefficiently late to scheduled appointment will be automatically charged full cancelation fee before rescheduling. $50 per hour schedule.
• We ask that all balances be paid before rebooking future services. Failure to respect policies or pay invoices for these purposes will lead to dismissasal as a future client.
